Title : Part - 6 California Crimes, No Justice and Hanson Bridgett LLP
by Dr. Lino Dial.

Arguments for Criminal Action and Investigation.

In Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of California Crimes, No Justice and Hanson Bridgett LLP I had established the connection between the prominent
San Francisco Law firm and 53 Crimes in one Hospital in Vallejo, CA 94589.

Attorney Steven V. Schnier is the senior partner of Hanson Bridgett LLP.

Perhaps a Question and answer method is appropriate at this time.

1. Question ( Q ) : Was Attorney Schnier at the scene or place of crime ?

2. Answer ( A ) : Yes.

3. Q : What was the place of crimes ?

4. A : Inside the Judicial Review Hearing held according to Law in Calif.

5. Q : What is the evidence that Attorney Steven V. Schnier was there ?

6. A : The 100 - page transcript of that hearing.

The transcript of the Judicial Review Hearing was prepared and produced
by the official court transcriber from Oakland, California.

There were nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians who were
present at that Judicial Review Hearing. These doctors are eyewitnesses
to the lies, deceits, frauds and falsehoods of Attorney Steven Schnier.

The name of Attorney Steven V. Schnier is all over the transcript.
The Physicians were notified or given notices to come to the Judicial Review
Hearing and they came.

The Physicians are reliable witnesses. The Judicial Review Hearing was
held for three hours. The Official Court transcriber charged good money
in preparing and producing the 100 - page transcript.

After the Judicial Review Hearing, the Hospital and doctors claimed in
writing that the hearing never took place; that it was canceled.

Please note :

1. The claim that it was canceled is Fraud.

2. To claim that is was canceled is : Obstruction of Justice.

3. They named a person who canceled it. This is a very Big Fraud.

No investigation by the Dept. of Justice.

7. Q : Who was in charge at the Judicial Review Hearing ?

8. A : Attorney Steven V. Schnier.

9. Q : Who was the Hospital attorney ?

10. A : Attorney Steven V. Schnier.

11. Q : Who presented the patients and their Hospital medical records ?

12. A : Attorney Steven V. Schnier.

13. Q : Who decided to put Physician-witnesses under oath on witness stand
stand ?

15. Q : Did Dr. Peter E. Philbin testify ?

16. A : Yes. Dr. Peter E. Philbin testified under oath on the witness stand.
He was seen and heard by nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing doctors.

17. Q : Did Dr. Peter E. Philbin tell the truth ?

18. A : No. Dr. Philbin told lies, deceits, and falsehoods while under oath
on the witness stand and his statements were instantly recorded in the
transcript by the official court transcriber.

This indicates Perjury , instantly recorded in the transcript of the hearing.

19. Q : Did Dr. Leonard A. Brant testify ?

20. A : Yes. Dr. Leonard A. Brant testified under oath on the witness stand
during the Judicial Review Hearing. He was seen and heard by nine ( 9 )
California - licensed practicing physicians.

21. Q : Did Dr. Leonard A. Brant tell the truth ?

22. A : No. Dr. Leonard A. Brant told lies, deceits and falsehoods while
he was under oath on the witness stand and his statements were
instantly recorded in the 100 - page transcript of the hearing.

This indicates another count of Perjury that was instantly recorded.

23. Q : What were the documents presented by Mr. Schnier at the hearing ?

24. A : The documents presented by Mr. Schnier were hospital patient
medical records with questions and allegations.

The questions and allegations about the patients were the result of a
Peer Review and hospital investigation which took place about one year
before the Judicial Review Hearing.

The Judicial Review Hearing was requested and was granted by the
Hospital according to the provisions of the Hospital bylaws.

25. Q : How long was the preparation for the Judicial Review Hearing ?

26. A : About six months to one year.

The Judicial Review Hearing was granted by the Hospital within Ten days
after it was requested.

The presentation and the documents to be presented were prepared
by the Medical Staff Executive committee composed of the President, the
Vice President, Secretary and various physicians who were chairmen or
head of the different departments in the hospital like Dept. of Medicine,
Dept. of Surgery, etc.

27. Q : Why was the Peer Review important ?

28. A : The Peer Review and hospital investigations, the result and all that
transpired during that so - called investigation was used as the basis or
material evidence for the Judicial Review Hearing.

29. Q : what were the questions and allegations asked during the Peer
Review and hospital investigations ?

30. A : The questions and allegations and hospital patient medical records
were the same during the Peer Review and during the Judicial Hearing.
These were listed, enumerated, typewritten and submitted and accepted
as evidence during the Judicial Review Hearing.

31. Q : Any difference in the questions and allegations ?

32. A : As I said the questions and allegations and answers were the same.

33. Q : What is the difference then ?

34. A : The questions and allegations and answers during the Peer Review
were made in the ordinary sense but during the Judicial Review Hearing,

these were made under oath during a Judicial or Legal proceeding.

Perjury and conspiracy now come into play.

35. Q : Were the questions and allegations proven ?

36. A : Yes. The questions and allegations during the Peer Review were

proven to be False beyond any reasonable doubt.

37. Q : What is difficult to understand ?

38. A : It is difficult to understand why Attorney Steven V. Schnier

would present the same questions and allegations at the Judicial

Review Hearing knowing that the answers to these questions and

allegations were already proven to be F a l s e .

Attorney Steven V. Schnier is an officer of the Law and supposed to
tell the truth at the hearing.

The questions and allegations prepared and presented by Attorney
Schnier were already proven False.

Note :

Preparing false evidence or paper is a crime.
