Last week I went to Google.com to check on the 53 Crimes in one Hospital in
the city of Vallejo, California 94589. This is found in :

I came across a comment under HANSON BRIDGETT LLP, probably the
largest Law Firm in San Francisco, California with about 150 lawyers in the
group or members of the Law Firm located at :

The comment :

" It is fair that Charles D. Ramey comment or explain the accusations against
Physicians in Solano County California ..."

There was no mention as to who made the comment and I could not access
or find it under HANSON BRIDGETT LLP.

Who is Charles D. Ramey ?

The person who posted the comment about the 53 Crimes in one Hospital
in the city of Vallejo, California is probably concerned and rightly so.

Usually one or two crimes of Fraud is enough for a Doctor to lose his or her
Medical license but three or Ten well - documented crimes witnessed by
nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians are very serious.

53 Crimes is like the Atomic bomb dropped in the city of Nagasaki, Japan
on this date in 1945.

A comment or explanation from Charles D. Ramey is requested.

2. Why was the main issue not discussed in Superior Court of Solano County

The connection with HANSON BRIDGETT LLP is probably because
the Senior partner in that Law firm is Steven V. Schnier, ESQ.

deceits and falsehoods during a Judicial Hearing conducted according to Law
in the city of Vallejo, California.

If the Judicial Hearing is a play or a movie, Attorney Steven V. Schnier
is the Producer or Director or the person in charge.

Two California - licensed practicing physicians were selected as witnesses
during the Judicial Hearing :

1. Dr. Peter E. Philbin, an internist and Nephrologist.

2. Dr. Leonard A. Brant, a Surgeon involving Kidney Diseases.

During the Judicial Hearing these two witnesses committed crimes :

1. Dr. Peter E. Philbin, M.D. told lies while under oath on the witness stand

Attorney Steven V. Schnier was the Hospital Attorney.

During the Judicial Hearing which lasted for three hours, Mr. Schnier did
most of the talking and asked most of the questions as noted in the
100 - page transcript of that hearing.

There is a saying that : A fish is caught in its mouth.

The more a person talks, the more he makes mistakes.

After the Judicial Hearing, the Hospital and Doctors claimed in writing that

the Judicial Hearing never took place.


The claim of the Hospital and Doctors is impossible because the Judicial

Hearing was actually held. The evidences that it was held :


1. First of all, the hearing was conducted according to Law.

2. The hearing was held for three hours.

3. There were nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians who
were present at that hearing. They are eyewitnesses to everything that
took place during the hearing.

They saw when Dr. Peter E. Philbin took the oath to tell the Truth on the witness stand. They heard Dr. Philbin when he told lies and falsehoods on
the witness stand and these are recorded in the 100 - page transcript.

They saw when Dr. Leonard A. Brant took the oath to tell the Truth on
the witness stand. They heard Dr. Brant when he told lies and falsehoods
on the witness stand and these are recorded in the 100 - page transcript
of that hearing.

This is also true of Attorney Steven V. Schnier.
The nine California physicians saw Mr. Schnier. He was the Star of the show.
Attorney Schnier collected and received all the documents presented by
the hospital.

Attorney Schnier most likely was the one who prepared the documents
because he was the Hospital Attorney.

Attorney Schnier submitted those so - called evidences during the
Judicial Hearing.

The problem is those evidences were false.

It is a crime to prepare and submit false documents in a Judicial Hearing.

Attorney Schnier knows that. His credentials are impressive.

Solano County Superior Court in Fairfield, CA should answer questions
especially about Superior Court Case No. 87291.

2. Attorney Steven V. Schnier, ESQ of San Francisco should answer
or be given a chance to tell in Public his side of the story, preferably
in a Court of Law especially because the evidences used in the
Solano County Superior Court Case No. 87291 came from the Judicial
Hearing where he was the Hospital Attorney and that he was in charge.

It is also well - documented that Attorney Schnier told most of the Lies,
deceits and falsehoods in that Judicial Hearing.
