1. This all started with a comment on the website of Hanson Bridgett LLP.

2. The comment in the Law firm of Hanson Bridgett stated that :
" It is fair that Charles D. Ramey explain or comment on the accusations of
crimes committed by Hospital, Physicians, Lawyer in one Hospital in the
city of Vallejo, California... "

3. Charles D. Ramey is the Executive Officer and Clerk of Court of the
Solano County Superior Court. The 53 Crimes were committed in the
city of Vallejo which is in Solano County, California.

4. The connection between the Law firm of Hanson Bridgett LLP to the
topic : No Justice in California was established because
Attorney Steven V. Schnier is a senior partner of this Law firm.

5. Ten deceitful and false declarations were made by Dr. Leonard A. Brant
in Solano County Superior Court Case No. 87291.
The case is about the 53 crimes in one Hospital in Vallejo, California.
The ten declarations of Dr. Brant were proven false beyond any reasonable

No Justice in California Part 3 By Dr. Lino Dial.

In Parts 1 and 2 of No Justice in California, I mentioned the link or
connection of Hanson Bridgett LLP to the 53 Crimes committed by
Hospital, Physicians, and Lawyer during a Judicial Hearing held according
to Law in the city of Vallejo, California.

The senior partner of Hanson Bridgett LLP is Attorney Steven V. Schnier.
Attorney Schnier was the person in charge of the Judicial Hearing.

Mr. Schnier presented the two Physician - witnesses :
1. Dr. Peter E. Philbin, M.D., a Nephrologist
2. Dr. Leonard A. Brant, M.D., a Surgeon.

Mr. Schnier was the Hospital Attorney.

Mr. Schnier prepared and submitted at the hearing the items to be discussed,
much like an agenda.

I said previously that the Judicial Hearing was full of lies, deceits, frauds
and falsehoods.

I already mentioned the intentional falsifications of Dr. Philbin and
Dr. Brant which they presented under oath on the witness stand during the
Judicial Hearing. These are documented in the 100 - page transcript.

The lies, deceits, falsehoods and frauds committed by Attorney
Steven V. Schnier were also documented in the transcript of the hearing.

Another example of glaring, sickening, disgusting and despicable evidence
presented by Attorney Steven V. Schnier during the Judicial Hearing :

A patient was supposedly admitted by Dr. Lino Dial to the hospital.

Attorney Steven V. Schnier said that the hospitalization of this patient was
reviewed by a Physician during a Peer Review as stated in the transcript.

Attorney Schnier also stated that this patient was not only reviewed by
the Physician but the Doctor also made a Medical Report.


Here is the smoking gun :

The patient was already DEAD for about a year before the so-called
hospitalization.

Questions :

1. How could this patient be admitted to the hospital when he had
been dead for a year ? He was in the cemetery , DEAD. This is Fraud.

2. Another fraud :

Attorney Steven V. Schnier said that during the hospitalization,
this patient was reviewed by a Physician.

How can the Physician review this patient who was not even in the hospital
during the Peer Review period ? Patient was in the cemetery and DEAD.

3. Another Fraud :

Attorney Steven V. Schnier said that the Physician who reviewed the
said patient made a Medical Report.

That medical report must be Fraud.

The patient was Not in the Hospital. He died a year earlier.

This is recorded in the 100 - page transcript of that hearing.
